Got old crayons? If so, you will want to try this simple recycling project. All you need is old crayons and a muffin pan.
I gathered old crayons from my kids pencil cases and peeled away the paper casings around the crayons.
Voila!!! Look how easy that was.

I purchased a muffin pan from my local dollar tree, split the crayons in half and placed them in my muffin pan.

Then, I pre-heated the oven to 350 degrees. Baked for 5 minutes until they melted.
Then placed them in the freezer for a couple hours until they were solid.
Removed them from the pan. The results are so cute and the kids will have fun coloring with these crayon pods!
