What is your favorite dessert in the fall? Personally I love all things ‘pumpkins’. Pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin spice coffee, pumpkin pie and muffins. I stumbled across this simple pumpkin pie ice cream recipe on delish.com and I could not wait to try it this weekend. I thought it would be soothing to my palate and a great snack while watching my favorite TV shows.
If you are as enthusiastic as I am about pumpkin flavored delights, then you would enjoy this recipe. It only takes a few minutes to prep, easy no-churn, and great for kids who love to help out in the kitchen.
