I stumbled across this simple pumpkin pie ice cream recipe on delish.com and I could not wait to try it this weekend. I thought it would be soothing to my palate and a great snack while watching my favorite TV shows.

If you are as enthusiastic as I am about pumpkin flavored delights, then you would enjoy this recipe. It only takes a few minutes to prep, easy no-churn, and great for kids who love to help out in the kitchen.
